My partner took a day off work as We booked an appointment for today between 2-4 to get the boiler serviced she phone at 3.30 to check if he was coming and was told yes she phoned again at 5 they would phone the engineer -she explained she had to go out at 5-15 - no communication no then a phone call at 5-55 to say there is nobody at the door and can we reschedule - dreadful service Would not bother waste of time
