Bought a car from IG Motors a VW Scirocco. Great car at a good price for age and mileage. Had a few issues with it a few weeks after bought it Turbo not working well & EGR unit also fault. Rang Vic at IG & told him the issues as my son had run a diagnostic on the car & found the faults. Vic got the car into the garage and sorted the issues immediately with no extra cost to myself Just got the car back on Saturday & it running like a new motor now bags of power great job. My son has checked over the car as he is a mechanic & works for Audi & he can see the parts are brand new that have been fitted & all to a good standard. I have no doubt that if I have any other issues IG will help Thanks Vic for sorting the issues top man Would definitely buy another vehicle for IG in the future Matt

Was looking for a car with IG motors and dealt with Nazia, she was was helpful and informative throughout. I got a personalised video of the BMW which was great as I was not local so I was able to see the condition of the car. And they condition was great I can tell they really look after there cars. I didn’t end up going for it in the end and Nazia was understanding of the situation informed me my deposit would be refunded which it was. Even though I didn’t buy a car was a pleasure to deal with and trustworthy staff who are helpful

Never ever buy a car by them, they scam artists, complete, lying people, and terrible. Terrible Customer Services. Horrible horrible people. only ever had problems from the second I bought it The car definitely was in an accident beforehand but covered up and the miles were definitely clocked so many problems. I’ve learnt now never to buy from these kinds of people do yourself a favour and never buy from them ever.

Very unprofessional called up about a car im a cash buyer want to buy today or tomorrow but was told its not ready to go need mot and service they dont get their cars ready until someone wants to buy it that's their policy and it takes 2 days to service and mot? which is not good if you live miles and hours away then you have to take 2 trips to go view the car then arrange another trip to pick it up once its ready as if that wasnt expensive enough they even put price of car up while i was Talking to them on the phone. Sorry but 18 year old car is not worth what you claim its worth. Will not be buying from here.
