Everyone in the store is very welcoming and always offer impeccable customer service. Ifraz and the lovely Anisa serve us most of the time. They both always go the extra mile for us, they have a lot of knowledge in the industry and are super friendly. I always have a great time when visiting the shop. Recently, I purchased 2 stunning anklets… all thanks to Ifraz who custom designed them for me since i wanted something more different. The anklets came out just as expected, very beautiful!!! So I had my wedding gold made by the one and only Ifraz Jewellers as they have made things for me before and I have always been impressed, this time round with my gold there was a bit of a problem as the gold they made wasn’t the way I asked for it and I was flying to Italy for my wedding the next day😂 but brother Ifraz reassured me and gave me a lot of options and he also told me that they should receive the delivery for my gold on the day I fly out so they were willing to fly to Italy and give me my gold which was amazing cause which jeweller would do that. Anyways I took the wrong set with me and they told me if I wanted to take anything else as a way of them saying sorry I could, I told them it was fine and that I’ll wait for them to bring me my own set. They told me they booked their tickets to Italy and 2 days later flew out and we exchanged the sets, I have never been so impressed by a team, even though there was a lot of miscommunication in the beginning they fixed everything for me and went out of their way to fulfill their promise of giving me the set I wanted. Amazing amazing people may Allah put a lot of barakah into their business!

My usual jewellers are Fida Jewellers on Coventry road. My husband purchased a few items from Ifraz Jewellers for me. He absolutely loved the customer service when purchasing and went back to them several times. They have amazing designs. However two of my rings (from Ifraz Jewellers) lost a stone in them (after constant wear which is normal). I'm surprised they don't replace it free of charge as Fida does so especially if items were from his shop. I didn't receive any discount to amend other items purchased from here which I think will go a long way with customers for future retention and in the longevity of their jewellery. Like fixing a broken necklace, resizing a ring etc. With Fida I have that guarantee and a really good discount for things like that.
