    Ordered a Makita powertool on the 19th February, phoned several times for an update on the delivery. Was told it was out for delivery, never received the item. I paid for this on the 19th February. Phoned today 08th March Inga their sales person explained the item was damaged and that they would credit me by the end of to-day. This item was never sent. Worst customer service I have ever experienced . I am a purchaser for consumables and order numerous items every day, I am hardy impressed.

    Generally good. sometimes you have to chase them up to post your item. Some items overpriced, can get them cheaper brand new elsewhere with warranty.
