From the moment we walked in the young lady on reception set the tone for our experience. She was enthusiastic , friendly ,helpful and genuinely seemed happy doing her job The whole set up is very professional and that all added to the enjoyment of the day Our instructor, Abi , was superb and also made the indoor skydive a very enjoyable experience Would highly recommend

Was a lil skeptical as a lot of people stated they were pushing for sales n flights n staff where emotional manipulative... HOW WRONG!!!! THE STAFF ARE EPIC and so lovely and double check all additions with parents and are so lovely. One kid in our group got scared the attending guy let her go see her parents and then allowed her back in with the next group. Such a awesome team n place. All i can say is GO JUST GO ITS EPIC

Terrible experience. My daughter was 1st and the straighten legs signs was put so close to her face it frightened her, she is normally very brave, but she started crying she was so spooked so left after less than 1 minute of flying which cost £60. She desperately wanted to go back but the cheapest they will offer is another £60. Terrible customer service and didn't look out for a young child.
