One-off awful experience followed by the worst customer service I've ever received. We recently came in for an evening session, the 9th time we've been. Out session was booked for 2030 however they were running 45 minutes behind. Not ideal when you're with kids, but especially a rub in the face when they delay you for a private training session, you'd expect customers to take priority. Regardless of that, our session was completely ruined by one member of the group, who was wearing a t-shirt with the word C*NT emblazoned in big letters across the front. Other parents were clearly also concerned, and I raised those concerns with the staff at the front desk. From that point onwards, the staff's attitude was staggeringly poor. Staff defended the man, saying he's an adult and he had every right to wear whatever he likes. "It's not our policy to say what people should or shouldn't wear", they said. Absolutely baffling, given it literally is their policy to say what you have to wear for the experience. I explained I didn't feel comfortable having children in the room with him, they refused to say anything. This left me to confront the man myself, leading to an awkward and unsafe feeling exchange. On the way out, the member of staff on reception apologized for the experience, and took my details, informing me the accounts team would be in touch to issue a refund. All sorted. However, the next day I receive a phone call from the manager, who hadn't been on duty. They told me they were cancelling the refund, and that none of what I had experienced had actually happened. My future session had been cancelled, and the cost of that had been replaced by issuing the photos and videos of our previous session (which I did not want). I've been left with no choice but to issue a civil case against them to recoup the cost of the voucher that was purchased. I would not recommend iFly's services to anyone. The instructors are mostly very good, but all other staff are truly awful, and management are bordering on criminal. Note, this is regarding the Basingstoke franchise.

Great place to have fun indoor skydiving. You get briefed before you go in. Would highly recommend. Our group ranged from 8 to 61 years old and catered for all. Some of our group had skydives before and others newbies. All taken care of in respect of experience level. Thanks cat great job x
