I have used ifixed for years, always helpful for when I have no idea what I’m doing! New screens on my iPad and iPhone, helping me with a new Samsung phone I now have! Dident charge me for my lack of knowledge! Just sorts it out in minutes and sends me on my way! NEVER a problem! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Great customer service, nice people!

I dropped my Microsoft 1645 surface 3 tablet off in December 2022 to get the charging port fixed, they broke the screen whilst taking the tablet apart to find out what part they needed to order. I heard NOTHING for months I had to chase many times and I ended up getting fed up of waiting and no communication I then picked up my Microsoft 1645 surface 3 tablet in April 2023 so then 4 months later and nothing had been repaired and they gave it back to me with NO screen when there was nothing wrong with the screen in the first place so not only did they not repair my tablet they broke my screen and handed my tablet back to me worse off than it went in. I will never be using this company again I used to be a regular customer I’m so disappointed in them but will never be returning

Amazing phone repair shop! It’s a hidden gem. Lady in the shop is sooooooo helpful and has fixed two phones for me that I had given up on. Quick, efficient and honest!
