    Called up to make an appointment to get my iPad screen fixed. I was asked to go to the shop between 2pm and 3pm in todmorden. I arrived at 2:30pm only to find the shutters down in the shop. What a waste of time and effort, especially as I called 24 hours prior to ensure someone would be there. Abhorrent service and I won’t even entertain going to them again because they’ve wasted my time, petrol, and effort.

    this gentleman was very cocky and rude towards me , poor customer service do not recommend unless you are not in a hurry to sell your phone he had this for for a whole day there was no communication with this man after he said he would be in touch twice . For him then to say he lives in Halifax so he was running late and wanted an extra 45 minutes
