  Before we purchased our aluminium Vistaline folding door system and top hung windows, we visited ID Systems showroom and Erica showed us the Vistaline system and fully explained how it operates. The quotations team were very patient with us and nothing seemed too much trouble as we asked for prices for different options and configurations. The installation day came fitting in with our builders programme and two very efficient engineers arrived and installed the folding sliding doors system and the windows. They noticed one panel had a defect which we could not see but they installed it to make our building weather tight but arranged to have it replaced later once a replacement unit was supplied. This was done a few weeks later with no fuss and their usual efficiency. We are absolutely delighted with the products and the installation all of which have been admired by everyone who has seen it, both builders and our visitors alike. The extremely narrow frame to the Vistaline doors is most unusual and allows the glazed area to be maximised. The opening mechanism is easy to operate and very quiet.

  IDSystems supplied and installed two heritage-style doors and a heritage-style window at my property in September 2021 and I couldn't be happier with both the products and their service. Measurement and fitting visits were all carried out within expected timeframes and, when there was a minor issue with the window a year after fitting, their team came within a few days to resolve it. I'd used their services several years earlier at a previous property and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  Recently moved into a house with some internal sliding doors that were not working correctly as they "locked" up when closing. Contacted the manufacturer who put me on to IDSystems as they were able to identify them as the original installer some years previous. A quick call to IDS and they arranged for a service visit to come round and check the doors out. The engineers quickly found a small plastic guide clip was missing allowing the doors to move apart causing the lock-up. They removed the doors and checked everything was OK and replaced the clip FOC. Excellent service. When the wife finally beats me down and gets me to agree to the Bi-fold door she wants, I will be sure to give them a call!

  My wife and I were looking for glass doors with thin sight lines and after visiting several manufacturers choose the Edge 2 sliding doors by IDSystems. We travelled to their showroom in Norwich where we met with Neil who was very helpful and answered our many, many questions. They were then extremely prompt with their quotes, we had several as we honed the specification and very helpful explaining the details. Install was on the date they said and the two guys who undertook the fitting were excellent. The difference to the room they are installed in has exceeded our expectations, just brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend ID Systems.

  Very professional operation supplying a high-quality product. We had some large (3m+) glazing to go in and the whole process was incredible to watch (there was a robot crane!!). From the sales & admin side it went fairly smoothly - even though we had to endure some lengthy delays due to the country-wide supply-chain problems during 2022. ID did their best to mitigate this and proved flexible enough when we really needed their help. They have a showroom (no staff) in London too - which is super convenient.

  In November 2021 we were looking for high end window and sliding door products for our contemporary house extension. Our architect recommended IDSystems to us. We had a look at their website which showed great photos of beautiful window systems and so we gave them a call. The phone was answered by Neil who was in a word "fantastic" and continued to be so right up to installation and beyond. We also spoke with Alan and Carl through the design process who were also amazing. This is a company whose staff really care about getting it "right" for you. We had our windows installed in two phases which meant we could get one area of our build watertight and keep our build going while the rest of the more complicated elements of the glazing were manufactured. We chose the 20mm profile "edge"system for our triple sliders and IDS matched everything else to this so that the design throughout the whole build looks seamless. This is a complicated business but the staff walked us through everything with patience and kindness whilst we chose everything we needed and our builder was able to phone and ask for advice along the way which was invaluable and meant we could prepare our apertures precisely. The fitting teams were so friendly and helpful and worked tirelessly to get the windows in, the fantastic "spider crane" operator was so careful with the crane in our garden, all very professional. The end result is amazing and we would happily recommend the company and we would use them again. They also have an after sales service and maintenance package which is very useful. First class products and fantastic staff. Thankyou IDsystems.

  Update Nov 2022: the two bifold systems look and work as good as they did on installation. Standing up to the test of regular use by children and adults. Couldn’t fault the quality of the product Install Sept 2019: We thought IDSystems would be out of our budget considering the quality and status of this company. However the quote we had was very competitive. When you combine the competitive price with the quality of the design, the door system, the glass etc - we were very happy. We had two bifold doors installed - and are extremely happy with the finish. The installers were on time, pleasant and enthusiastic about the product and their employer. They installed the doors swiftly and thoroughly explained how to use and maintain the doors. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
