Having had a problem with my iPhone XR with the bottom microphone being at fault, i contacted Idoctor in Sheffield, after a polite telephone conversation i boxed up the phone and sent it off at the post office 26 hours after i posted it i had an email stating it was complete and on its way back, received the phone the next day all working. I did get the gents number but what a cracking service. Well done i would use IDoctor again with question. All the best in your business and thankyou very much.

I cannot say enough good words for this company and especially Oli - They have solved every issue my phone has had time and time again as if by magic. In instances where other repair shops have told me the issue cannot be fixed, iDoctor has done the impossible and fixed it! 100% recommend and I no longer trust any other company with my phone except from iDoctor ;) Very impressive.

Just got off the phone with iDoctor and I am utterly disappointed. I told the receiver that I wanted to change my phone battery and after a brief wait, he replied that he didn't have the battery in stock. I asked him how much it would cost if I came with a replacement battery and he said £20. I then asked him if it could be done for £10 and the dude rudely replied "why don't you do it yourself for 10 quid?" I told him that it hadn't gotten to that, that a simple 'yes' or 'no' would've sufficed. Dude said the way I'm feeling insulted is the same way he felt insulted, that I made it look as if his life is worth £10! He tried to apologise but I ended the call cos I wasn't ready for any drama. Disgusted!!!
