This time it was for all things digital (mobile phones, laptop and PC towers)! Sent an email out of hours and received an instant reply. Once again from the point of contact onwards everything was taken care of in a timely manner. No jargon or hard sell just straight forward online payment with no hidden extra charges. And If you are like me and don't know what a hard drive (who) is let alone know how to remove it then don't worry they will take care of that too!
