It’s not often I write a review, as it’s very rare that I receive such exceptional service. I have wanted to learn PDR for the past 10 years, but never had the funds to pursue it. I got in touch with Jim at Identified PDR, a number of years ago and after speaking to him then I knew this was the place for me to learn and I’m so glad I did. One to one learning and with a very experienced tech was something I was looking for due to my learning difficulties/obsession for perfecting. Jim is so passionate and patient and can’t do enough for you. After I creased the front wing by leaning on it replacing a front driveshaft, Jim was able to quickly remove the two creases so that the wing now looks perfect. He also pushed out two car park dings, one in the same wing and another in the drivers door. Very pleased with the result, it was annoying seeing the marks when walking across the car park.
