First class service right from the initial telephone contact, where our requirements were understood and an appointment arranged for someone to call in to discuss. The friendly approach by David and how explained everything to us. The fitting was arranged and for the following week and it was all done in a few hours in a clean and tidy way by Alex who explained everything we needed to know. Alex fitted a stairlift for my mum and dad this morning. He was very efficient and the stairlift looks great. He explained how to use the lift and watched as my dad used the lift for the first time. He covered any issues that may occur. My parents are very happy with the lift and the service they received. They would certainly recommend this company.

What a lovely experience we have had. We were interested in a stairlift . David Thomas initially came to see us and arranged for our stairlift to be fitted. Alex arrived promptly on the day to fit our stairlift. All very clean cleared everything away. Showed us how to use it and didn’t leave until he was happy we did.
