Horrible experience. They’ve left my property worse than they found it and are now ignoring me. They’re option was me not having to pay for job but the damage they’ve caused is going to cost me more than the job itself. The other option was them subcontracting out to fix the issues. The standard of the work they could not assure me would be any better and me then paying for the them destroying my property and the inconvenience. Please AVOID and save yourself the hassle and stress. I regret going with them and have never had such a poor experience. The manager was unbothered. Didn’t really look around the when visited and made me feel so small. Dust everywhere. Ruined clothes, ruined carpets and walls, just a state.

I bought a telescopic loft ladder from Ideal in 2014. Best buy ever. After 9 years of constant use I was unable to lift the ladder. Ben immediately arranged to visit and now I have a ladder that I can lift up. This was under warranty. This company is amazing, keeping me informed of when I could expect their visit.

We had an initial visit by Benjamin to quote, that set a very positive tone. Everything was explained with what could be done and a quote provided later that day. I was left feeling confident in what I needed could be done. I wanted the 40m loft zone product, a new ladder, loft hatch extended and rafter foiling for an ambient temperature. The work was high quality and installers were friendly and courteous. They worked hard installing in a difficult space. Peter, Luke and Sean were the installers. I was impressed with Sean’s finishing detail of the loft hatch. Ask for them as they were great!
