Had some internal doors fitted last week and they’re brilliant. From entering the showroom to finished job absolutely seamless. We had researched doors in Chesterfield and Sheffield and from the moment of entering the showroom we were at ease. Carl advised us, worked out a price and gave us a date of fitting, without pressure at all. We felt reassured we were handing our money to a professional honest man. This is the best price and service in the area believe me we checked. On the day the joiner Lee and his apprentice arrived prompt. They were efficient, respectful and grafted. Clearing up after themselves makes a refreshing change, a credit to and reflection on the company. I would most definitely recommend this company and fitters 100%. Look no further.

Had this company fit doors just before xmas, workmanship really good but unfortunately more than I can say for the owner, he was meant to ring me more than 2 weeks ago regarding something I wasn't happy with on the room divider's, not heard a whisper, bearing in mind I spent £2395.00, seems like once he has your money he doesn't give a *hit, I should never have paid the balance until I was happy!! you live & learn.

We went to Ideal Doors Chesterfield as it was local, and I wanted to get oak doors for all upstairs, 6 in total. We spoke with Carl and we ordered 6 Oak pre finished Suffolk doors and handles, there was lots of handles to choose from. They also take away your old doors which was great. All 6 doors were fitted on the same day within about 8 weeks from ordering. The fitting service was great. I am very pleased with the quality and look of the doors and handles and it has changed the look of upstairs to being very modern. I also had a white pre finished door fitted for the downstairs toilet. I would definitely use Ideal Doors again when I replace the living room doors.

Really lovely doors When we had full set off doors fitted, the fitter noticed a mark on the door and arranged for it to be replaced. Was replaced today by a friendly fitter. Really happy and would recommend.

Doors supplied and fitted by this firm, fitting very poor, Complained to ideal doors who was defensive and was fobbed off stating he had to contact fitter. Numerous call with same excuse, it seem that his fitter did not have email, text or could not answer his phone !! Paid up front !! Don’t bother with this company and DONT PAY FOR ANYTHING UNTIL FULLY SATISFIED we are not. No effort made to rectify very poor fitting. Buy you doors independently and select a joiner to fit yourself. One star only because no stars available.
