Great service from Martin. We only had a chimney sweep (x3) done, but all carried out with minimal fuss. Martin's a great bloke to deal with too. I'm sure we'll have him back to fit the burner once we've settled into the new house.

I found Idealburners through Google, very happy with the service, the two guys that did the work were swift and quick, very informative and gave suggestions for good airflow for my open fire. They cleaned as they worked and no chimney debris was left behind, and I was able to start up my fire place straightaway. I'd definitely recommend them and the company. UPDATE - I decided to have a woodburner installed following the above work I had done and I returned to Idealburners as I find them to be extremely reliable and informative. Martin Hall reviewed the area and it was decided to install an inset woodburner. The workmen were brilliant (Dave from the last job, very informative) I couldn't be any more happier with the product and service received. I feel I would always use Idealburners in future, there's no reason not to.
