Absolutely phenomenal customer service. They fitted doors prior to us moving in a few years ago. Recently one of the doors became an issue so I sent in an enquiry. Within an hour somebody had been and temporarily fixed it then returned after the weekend to fit a whole new set of hinges. All covered by warranty. I could not be more impressed with the service.

First the good part: The doors work. They appear sturdy enough, but I cant comment until after long term use. The two installers were very nice, above average in that respect. However some very obvious points were done quite shoddily. Pity I cant post photos. I'll have to get someone in to re-do their work. Peculiar that, for the price, no one came by to check either.
