Not been into the shop but used the online service. Ordered a Philomena Kloss Bear, and as I has concerned about 2nd class delivery in my area I phoned and was able to upgrade to a tracking delivery. Parcel arrived within 24 hrs of posting the bear beautifully wrapped. Communication on the phone and by email was excellent and will certainly be looking at the website for wool supplies and if ever in the area will try and visit. Website easy to navigate around
