    Liars!!! Avoid. Placed order ref 126670232 through an online chat ( Samsung Galaxy S23 U) and was promised next day delivery. That was a condition for the completion of the sale. 4 days after, I don't even have a tracking number!!! Made a compaint but it will be resolved in 7 days. These guys are a joke hiding behind online chats with people based on the other side of the world. No number to call . Needless to say that the order is going back and will be cancelled. You're just pathetic liars that will do anything to complete to a sale including lying to your customers.

    I joined ID in 2022. Good price plans. Poor coverage. When I’ve complained about it they just tell me that it could be your area that doesn’t have good coverage. The problem is, there is no good coverage wherever I go. They have also sent me a link where I can check coverage in my area. How does that help me? If it’s poor in my area there is nothing I can do and nothing they WILL do. So I’m basically stuck with them until my contract runs out in 2024. For me it’s been a mistake joining them. They tell me they have many ways to help get in touch. Great. But they can’t solve my problem. I’ve nearly completed a year with them. One more whole year to go with terrible coverage. I would never recommend them or ever use them again. My daughter is with them too and is also waiting to leave as she has the same problem.

    Hands down the worst mobile network I’ve ever encountered. More often than not I cannot use my phone for calls, messaging or browsing unless I am connected to wifi, despite the phone showing full bar coverage on 5 and 4g. City centres seem to be especially bad. Counting the months until I can move to another network. Never again - avoid at all costs.

    Worst customer service experience ever. I havea disability which makes typing very slow.Too slow for thelive chat people.The vulnerable customer servuce is a voice-mail, call and response is within 48 hours. So if one cannot type fast enough for iD then you wait. I have a serious issue about receiving access codes on my phone but id not interested.
