Although I don't have a problem with iConvey, I feel they need to look into and vet the solicitors they pass the work onto. My house sale and purchase files were given to Swift Lawyers. After 5 months the sale and purchase fell through, the stress of it all was awful. Swift Lawyers were totally incompetent and unprofessional. Do yourselves a favour, pay more and find a good local solicitor, wish I had.

This company is extremely unprofessional, had someone steal and use my number to set up whatever it is that they did and Iconvey continued to bombard me with daily calls and voicemails when they know that it isn’t me and that I most definitely do NOT NEED their services. After the first call I told them it wasn’t who they needed and they agreed they would stop calling but after 5 days of the same phone calls from different people they have continued to call making them out to be the unprofessional company that they are.

Awful experience so far, they are only a middle man not a conveyancer and the firm they allocted us have been terrible, Eric H Smith. Our solicitor left the company near completion, nightmare, avoid!

stay away folks, this company will waste your time. Wasted 3 weeks of my time to say that they require £350 in advance before doing any work, yet they call themselves "no purchase no fee", then they said its £275 which is not refundable, referred me to an incompetent conveyancing team "Stirling Ackroyd", I looked for another conveyancing team after 4 weeks of my time being wasted, stay clear, pay £200 extra and find a good conveyancing team, don't wast your time (P.S. do not read or take their responses seriously as they come up with any excuse that they're competent.... They're not)

AVOID. TRULY BAD. Don’t waste your time with this company. Extremely disappointed with the service provided. They are just a broker, that allocates your case to a third-party solicitor firm: in our case, a completely incompetent one. The solicitors, Stirling Ackroyd, were awful and shockingly unprofessional. Our purchase completed in February: we are still waiting for the paperwork (its 4 months later now). Stirling Ackroyd didn’t even honour the quote, provided by iconvey, and overcharged us on a few item lines. iconvey didn’t care - after multiple emails, over months, they concluded we were due a £50 refund! A joke, when we were overcharged £210 and more. We needed to pay iconvey £58.80 for finding the solicitor, which is non-refundable, and was not included in their original quote.

Very disappointed with the service received They are only a brokerage sending your name to a conveyance solicitor Solicitor selected PCs legal were awful and needed constant micromanagement When complained to iconvey they agreed that they have had lots of complaints from this firm However nothing changed Need to pay iconvey £58.80 for finding the solicitor which is non refundable They quoted a price which the solicitor ignored and charged an 36% more When rang iconvey to complaint about the service and price their phone rang out Don’t waist your time and just hire a good solicitor directly based on recommendations
