Iconinc, what a rip-off! Taking full advantage of students who require to live away from home for their studies! Made a booking with them for last academic year, due to the pandemic and how the university stopped face to face studies, did not actually take the keys at all, even though paid in full for the full academic year's rental, as being International needing to pay in full 100%, and even though paid started the tenancy later for winter occupancy, Iconinc took the deposit without any concerns early but yet took them over 3 weeks to send the Contract put, for which the start date of contract was actually before contract and T'c & C's were drafted and submitted by them to me, but yet still they made us pay for the section prior to contract! Therefore paying 3 weeks rent before even having a contract or even keys to occupy the room!!! Then didn't permit any facility to cancel the tenancy or receive any refund for weeks not used (even though the room was never once used!), Then tool months to receive the £500 deposit back,! Even then when the deposit was refunded it was not in full, claiming that I had to pay the International bank transfer fee! But yet when we transfered the initial deposit to them with them knowing we were applying from an international bank account they had us to pay the additional transfer fees but now on their return they decided that "their" bank fees are authorised to be paid by us!! Absolute crooks! Seriously anybody needing to take student accommodation here please look closely and challenge these criminal theives before they take your money!

Moved here one month ago. Haven't looked back. Every morning I have a breakfast included. The communal facilities are well presented and clean. The cinema is very nice, as is the gym. The staff here are all very nice, and formed a big part of why I liked this place, making me feel welcome. The accommodation is a stones throw from the city centre, and you have Tescos and a few nice restaurants very nearby. Hope this helps
