I made a initial payment of 150 pounds to block my room and was give a 15 day period to complete my booking . But then i changed my mind and requested them for a refund . There was no response from their side but i kept receiving mails for the payment completion of 500 pounds. And then 15 days later they just told me i am off my cooling period and cannot provide me a refund. When asking them why they dont reply for my messages/emails or calls there wasn’t any answer. I am glad that I didn’t pay the remaining and found a much better accommodation than the glassworks. Please don’t fall into their trap.
