Never again! Worst experience ever had and I payed £100 deposit which I never received back! They take your money and not even picking up the phone, not answering back to your emails either! I was very skeptical after reading all these reviews, and almost didn’t show up to my appointment. I’m so glad I did! The team are so lovely. I felt so relaxed and calm. I was so happy and confident with my hair and make up. The shoot was great too. The way the photographer set me up made me feel really confident. The best part of this whole experience was seeing the pictures after the shoot. It’s an amazing feeling. This is an experience I would encourage everyone to do at some point.

I had an incredible day at Icon! My photos were unbelievable, I couldn't believe it was me. The makeup artist was so talented, and the photographer was a real expert. The service and hospitality was great, the staff made me feel very comfortable and I'm so pleased with the results. I was worried when I saw some of the reviews but I'm so so glad I came.
