Ian is an amazing DJ! He was fantastic in the run-up to our wedding, so helpful and giving us much needed advice on what sort of music we needed at different points in the day, and making us feel at ease. On the day, the music was incredible - we’ve had so many guests mention to us how amazing it was, the dancefloor was never empty and the atmosphere was fab. Ian was so personable, always smiling and with such high energy. Ian also took the most fabulous photos of us all dancing - some hilarious, wonderful memories have been captured thanks to him! We have a great video too which has been amazing to watch back on our honeymoon. Ian was absolutely fantastic, I and can't hesitate to recommend him highly enough. We booked Ian to DJ for us in the evening of our wedding but also to be there during the day to cover everything from the welcome music as guests first arrived to the ceremony songs and the cocktail after-party. Ian was great to work with and bounce ideas off - a real professional but also someone who is just genuinely down to earth. For everything we received, Ian's rates were more than reasonable and it was a great touch to receive some additional photos that Ian took on the night (a selection below) as well as a video of our ceremony and the speeches. Ian Dj'd at our wedding a couple of weeks ago at Woodhill Hall. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ, he listened to what we wanted and was very helpful with amending song lengths for us before the big day. He got everyone up on the dance floor with his song choices and all my guests said how great he was! Ian also takes photos too which is great as photographer and videographers have left at this point! Would definitely recommend!

We are so grateful to Ian for DJ-ing at our Doxford Barns wedding in November 2022. From the initial booking, he was such an easy, friendly supplier to communicate with. Ian created a personalised mix for our first dance song, with the first song slower & the second song more upbeat to get everyone on the dance-floor, a recommendation from Ian which resulted in a packed dance-floor following our first dance! We trusted Ian enough not to give him a full playlist and that paid off. Throughout the night we had a mix of songs that kept our friends, our parents, relatives & their friends all happy and dancing! There was something for everyone. It’s a great addition that Ian captures the dance-floor moments on camera, after the professional photographer leaves. Ian is clearly very skilled at reading the dance-floor, loves his job, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone planning a wedding. I wish we could do it all again!!! Ian recently DJ'd at our tipi wedding in Northumbria this September, and I couldn't have been happier with the night! In the lead up to the day, including postponing our wedding due to covid, Ian was such a joy to work with. Letting us know what he needed by when and covering all bases, when in a DIY wedding makes life so much easier! We didn't even notice him setting up on the night, he was such a pro! We got married at Doxford Barns last week and we could not be happier that we had Ian as our DJ! Ian provided us with a lot of support on the lead up to our wedding, suggesting different types of songs/genres for different parts of our day. Ian then discussed with us what our first dance song was and what we would like for our final two songs. We provided Ian with a list of different artists as we also wanted guests to request songs. Ian played a variety of older and more recent songs to ensure all guests were up and dancing. Our dance floor was full from the beginning of the night until the very end (1pm). Not only was Ian a fantastic DJ but he also took a lot of photos!! This was a great surprise for our guests as by then our photographer had left. Ian posted his photos and videos which enabled our guests to reminisce over such a brilliant night. Since our wedding many of our guests have commented on what a great ‘party’ our wedding evening was so we would like to thank Ian for this! We would highly recommend Ian to anyone who would like to celebrate properly with a full dance floor of happy guests! Thank you Ian!!
