2 year warranty for a VHF radio? Not for the battery which is classed as an accessory! I threatened legal action after they wanted to charge me for a new battery after 18months. The manager I spoke to was a numpty.

What a company. I recently returned an old model Marine VHF radio to them for repair. I expected to have to pay for the service as, it certainly wasn't within warranty period! However, today it has been returned to me, fully repaired and with no charge. Thank you!!
