Phoned up to enquire about lessons. Rude staff, abruptly told me they weren’t taking any bookings until Spring and then hung up the phone. Will take my money elsewhere! Really shocked at the service, terrible

The lady I spoke to on the phone, Debbie, is incredibly rude and arrogant. Terrible attitude. I sent an enquiry by email, regarding weekly private lessons for my daughter. Received a polite email back from someone called Richard who asked me to call and speak to Debbie. Spoke to Debbie and she gave the impression it was a total inconvenience to her life to even be on the phone. Provisionally scheduled in some lessons and was told I would receive the details to my phone for payment. After coming off the phone I decided that actually people like this do not deserve my business so rang Debbie back to tell her to forget sending me the information and told her that her attitude is appalling. Debbie said that the reason was because 'someone was with her and a horse had got out', like that's any excuse. I told Debbie that she could have explained this and I would have called her back. Again, Debbie did not seem at all bothered and could not get off the phone quick enough. Looking through earlier reviews I can see that this attitude was not a one off. What happened the other times Debbie, horse get out again? With someone? Or you just generally have an attitude problem? I think the latter. Terrible. This lady clearly has enough business and enough money to have to inconvenience herself with speaking to potential new customers, so my advice to anyone reading this would be simply don't bother!
