It's horrible lying is the motto...I ordered 10 pieces wonder patches got only 3...they Have no my signature that I got it ..the guy gave me package and disappeared I have seen that its only 3 patches for 20 pounds ..steal from people who has hope Ibam crying I can't believe that it's possible to be so cruel no heart no moral no values ..24 h delivery it was written and it took 10 days

I received sandals that were too small. Jeannie asked me to keep them and she would send a larger pair. They are no good to me at all- they have a toe piece but if you try to walk in them they slide from side to side. I requested a return and refund and after being offered part refunds, which I declined as the products were no use to me . I asked for the return address to enable a full refund. . I have been given an address in China! There is no mention of this on the refund policy and it is totally unacceptable. I will never use this Company again.

I bought two 4D skull shavers from this company and they both failed within a couple of weeks. Jeannie quickly responded after the first one broke and sent a replacement but after the second one stopped working she stopped answering my emails and I am now left with poor quality inactive products. Unfortunately, I didn’t read any reviews about this company before I purchased from them. I will now be contacting trading standards in an attempt to stop anyone else being treated this way. Avoid at all costs!!!

Paid. Item never arrived. Hermes is their delivery partner claim to have delivered it to a “safe place” (I was working from home all day and I haven’t specified a “safe place”). Never received the item, yet icicosmetic aren’t processing a refund. So go here if you want to pay and receive nothing!
