I went to the counter to order but was told to go to my table and a server will come over, they never did so I went back again and finally took my order like I was at the start, it took 20 min for a precut cake to appear. NOT WORTH THE WAIT

service is horrible very slow wanted a slice of cake took 20 mins eventhough it was pre cut in the display fridge... server at til said to sit down at table and they'll take the order and then never came, ordered at the till like I tried to the first time and they took my order but took forever to bring a slice of pre cut cake. do not come unless you fancy sitting around for a long time.

We had a lovely time and the kids were happy with their choc bar milkshakes and fondue. However, they had none of the vegan options available at all!! And no alternative to dairy milk for a hot drink 😔 Also the decor was quite shabby, could do with modernization

Worst delivered food I have ever experienced. I made an order last night for a number of items, which were all a disaster from a number of angles. The butterscotch waffle came completely cold, and it was missing the vanilla icecream. The berry smoothie was water, apple juice with maybe 4 berries whizzed up. £5 for a watery mess!!! I clearly specified no sugar for the rasberry fruit ice due to diabetes, and instead received some sort of sugary lime sorbet. Dont waste your money here, and I would even question if their profit is halal as they are ripping people off

Worst desserts i have ever had. The waffle was atrocious and i alerted the waiter who said he would speak to the manager about getting a replacement and was he to agree then if there was anything else i would like. I asked about the crepe and he said it is 'just as attocious' haha. Despite the name of the restaurant, they do not sell gelato but poor quality artificially flavoured ice cream. The manager refused to replace and said thats how waffle should be like. They clearly have no clue about desserts or customer satisfaction. Avoid like the plague!

came in the other day and the employee shiv that served us was amazing, he was polite cheerful and brought a smile to my face which made me enjoy my time and food there, the food was delicious top quality and really fast with food coming too our table thanks a lot shiv

It is used to be good, but now they are bunch of thieves and liars. They are not generous with the portions and the images of the dishes are not near to what they give u. Rubbish staff and management. I do not recommend it, rip of money
