Not too sure why this place has so many negative reviews as I enjoyed my dessert here! There were five of us who sat in and ordered a dessert each and drink. The biscoff waffle tasted (and looked) amazing! Everyone enjoyed their desserts (various waffles/ cookie dough) and the two who ordered fancy milkshakes enjoyed them too (the rest of us stuck with a hot drink or can of pop!) The place was clean, looked good and there was plenty of space to eat in without booking. The different ice creams also looked amazing in the freezer! Would recommend. *Revisited May 2024. Still just as great I had a biscoff cookie dessert with biscuit ice-cream and it tasted amazing!

Crêpe came on a nan bread, milk cake was drenched in milk.... Wet through and soggy. It was the worst £30 we spent. Sorry guys I have to say this... it was DISGUSTING.

Went to icestone after a long time, applaud at the service trying to make nice conversation with staff but they weren't engaging in conversation. I ordered a crepe which was rubbery and tasted disgusting and the milkshakes were nothing special not happy at all, what a waste of money, never going again, wouldn't recommend😠 !

If I could give the service a 0 I would absolutely disgusting customer service if a male who works there placed an order and he never sent it extremely rude guys don't ever think of ordering from here 😒 trust me u will regret it mess u about and then show u attitude on top I think the lad was called something like amaan because he mentioned his name when he answered the phone he very useless and crappie service

Dont even deserve a 1. Shocking food and service. Waited 2 hours for food that i wouldnt even feed to a dog. Save yourself from the embarrassment of ordering from this place and go to a proper desert place like heavenly deserts. Tps running the joint

I’ve ordered from this branch multiple times & repeatedly they sent the incorrect order or miss items from my order. After they sent a cookie dough when I ordered a crepe on Uber eats - I then proceeded to go & collect a crepe & when I opened the box the crepe is undercooked & smells off - absolutely appalled, disgusting customer service.
