    From my taster session I knew that Iceni was the club for me. Everyone was so welcoming and I instantly felt included. The instructors work very hard to design the learning around the needs of the students and really care about us all as individuals. Learning new techniques and patterns is so interesting and we always have fun with it too. The black belts are also fantastic at helping the coloured belts, so you feel like you’re never on your own. Training at Iceni has not just improved my strength and confidence but also made me feel more empowered.
