    I had a last minute request to print some IDs for a party. The Iceman was really helpful, he went out of his was and not only printed them but cut them out and folded them for me, and the price was really reasonable! Great service, recommend highly, lovely guy

    Avoid at all costs. A printing job that should have taken an hour max ended up taking 3 days. After a couple of hours the thermal binding disintegrated, the index was missing and many pages had cropped titles. I had to emergency print at the competitors up the road which did a brilliant job in 15min for half the price. I asked Michal for a refund but he completely ignored my email.

    Requested a print job online, booked a collection slot between 2pm and 3pm and paid for it immediately. Turning up at the allocated time the shop was closed and the phone numbers listed went straight to voicemail. I had to get my printing from somewhere else, and emailed Iceman to let them know. An hour later they finally woke up and emailed me that the job was ready for collection, but as it's now too late it's no good to me; have requested a refund but heard nothing - if I don't hear from them I'm going to have to get a refund through my bank. Not at all impressed, and I definitely would not recommend this shop when they don't open for customer orders as agreed online.

    I just got scammed. When I came in, he pointed to the price list. I wanted six pages, double sided colour, and an envelope, which should have been £4 for the copies plus whatever the envelop is. He charged me £6.40. When I confronted him, he claimed the prices were outdated since 2019 (3 years ago!) and he "didn't have time to put the new prices up", even though the first thing he did was point on them. Glad it was only 6 pages. To top it all, the print quality is terrible. Won't come again.
