Our olives are sourced from multiple regions, including Greece, Italy, and Spain. We work with trusted suppliers who are committed to providing us with the best quality olives from their respective regions. How is your olive oil extracted and processed?
Our olive oil is extracted using a cold-press process, which involves crushing the olives to release the oil without using any heat or chemicals. This helps to preserve the natural flavors and nutrients of the olives, resulting in a high-quality olive oil.Can you provide any certifications or third-party testing results for your olive oil?

Our olive oil is certified by the International Olive Council, which ensures that it meets strict quality standards. We also conduct regular testing to ensure that our olive oil is free from any contaminants or impurities. What is the shelf life of your olive oil and how should it be stored?
The shelf life of our olive oil is approximately 18 months from the date of production. To ensure that it stays fresh for as long as possible, it should be stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. As stated by other reviewers, very slow service! Never enough staff and the shop is just too small for all the produce, it gives me anxiety going in here. If in a hurry avoid.
