I went to do my mums shopping this morning. my mum has stage 4 cancel and she is unable to leave the house. I was tol that if i bring all my mothers paper work i could do her shopping for her as i did. I asked the lady at the self service she told me that i could not as i might be trying to do it for my self . That okay but when i was leaving with my shopping she let a lady do her 10% off with no id at all no bus pass nothing ???. I was upset as i am the one looking after my mum as she is unable to leave the house. The lady this morning had red hair. Please can you get in touch as i feel that my mum should get her 10% off her shopping as i will be going on this morning and let Holly and phill know what going on with the sick.
