Lovely shop, shame about the customer service.. No welcome on entry today, like it’s too much effort and had to wait for the two staff members to finish their conversation with a previous two customer before being served. Then half way through serving me the staff member told the other to carry on with my transaction so she could go outside to check if they had documented their car registration.. on being offered a loyalty card, by the young girl, bearing in mind this is my 4th time visiting the store the other women returned stating we don’t have any so she can’t have one quite rudely. I’m not one to moan but this was my 4th visit and on each occasion staff have been rude.. I won’t be returning a 5th.
