Throughout the process we received prompt and friendly communication, which really helped with so many other things going on. On the wedding day itself the cake looked amazing, and we had so many compliments from guests, some of whom said it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted (we chose luscious lemon). Erica made our gorgeous wedding cake for our April wedding at Hampton Court House. It absolutely blew us and all our guests away! It looked and tasted incredible, she decorated it so well with spring flowers from our florist Fairynuff. Highly recommend Erica to be your wedding baker, she’s really professional and so talented at what she does.

We had Erica make our wedding cupcakes and it was the best decision ever! Not only did the floral piping look absolutely incredible, they tasted devine. We've had so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful the cakes were. Not only are her cakes amazing, but Erica was great to work with. Erica made a fabulous cake for our wedding at Loseley Park. Erica was really helpful during the design process and listened carefully to what we wanted. In the end we opted for a three tier cake with classic fondant icing but with the added special detail of hand-piped lace to match my wife's wedding dress. The cake made a stunning centrepiece and of course, it tasted absolutely delicious too: salted caramel, Victoria sponge, and lemon and elderflower were the flavours we chose. We would highly recommend Erica!

What can I say about Erica and her incredible cakes?! From the moment we met I knew we were in the safest of hands with Erica; a consummate professional who is incredibly organised and diligent, I knew I wanted to book her before we even tasted the cakes. Erica takes her job very seriously, and is acutely aware of how important her role is in a couple's Big Day. As the bride orchestrating a very large wedding with lots of moving parts, the cake was the one thing I knew I didn't have to worry about. The cakes themselves were just stunning; she created an incredible 4 tier masterpiece, all different flavours, each one more delicious than the last. Our guests have been raving about them all month, and every person I speak to has a different favourite! A real testament to Erica's flair and talent.
