This place is shocking.. just ordered pancake stack and apple crumble, they sent 2 cookie doughs that look like cookies out of a 4 pack. Tried ringing shop as I’ve paid online no answer after 9 times of trying, just eat best refund me! not the first time it’s happened either.. had no choice but to press one star,

Do not use this place… placed order on just eat unable to get through to unit as NO ONE answers… rang countless times had to call the Leeds rd store where the worker was unable to do anything directed to great Horton store. Called the great Horton store where the worker said the delivery was out over 20 mins ago and could take another 10 mins so basically they will give you “Icestone” desserts even though it’s custard and cake items which are supposed to be hot. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic service where no mangers in either store!

Absolutely shocking. I don’t understand what happened to ice stones. It should have stayed as the one little restraint store on Leeds road. Waited 2 hrs for my order. All good items flat cold. The 2 milkshakes spilt in the bag and I literally had half of a milkshake if that. They don’t pick up the phone so I wouldn’t waste your time.
