They said did me refund for me wait 15 days. There is closed and I still waiting it until now. Certainly I never’ll came back in this place again.

Ex employee , ice conditions/rink quality poor, rink management poor. Go elsewhere much better temporary rinks with better atmosphere

The ice is horrible, and not even or flat or frozen everywhere. But less crowded than other places in London.

A good enough skating rink to just ride. Not the best ice, there are small bumps. during warm weather there is a layer of water, but it doesn't really affect the ride, only you get immediately wet after a fall. The skates are not sharpened perfectly, but you can skate. if you just want to ride once a year, then this is an acceptable place to do it.

There seem to be mixed reviews about this ice rink but we had a great time and I thought it was well organised, and not too crowded despite it being winter holidays. We were given skates within a few minutes of turning up and out onto the ice within 10 minutes. The rink was well maintained with plenty of penguin supports for the kids to hold onto. Price was reasonable as we used the sale discount code. Would do this again next year.

Looks out over hideous high rises, no atmosphere on the rink, and the ice itself was completely uneven and bumpy so that no real gliding was possible in a lot of places. I’m a competent skater and I struggled. The skate aides (penguins) for my young child were terrible, not heavy enough to ground a child and therefore everyone toppled over all the time. Avoid at all cost - much better to go to Battersea Power Station or Somerset House. The costs are astronomical everywhere, but at least the others have a nice atmosphere and a well maintained surface. At £56 for three, it felt cheap and pretty unlovely.

Helpful, nice staff. Rink itself was quite uneven. Nice experience overall.

Small but nice, however the ice is not straight, there is part of the ground a bit elevated, suddenly you find yourself going backward, and there’s a lot of water! Near a shopping mall as well, you can spend the day there with a lot of activities

We unfortunately didn’t enjoy our skating experience as we had hoped. The ice was very wet, large areas of puddles around the rink and there were large bumps where the underneath area joined together. I was on the ice with my 2 kids who can skate at an intermediate level and they struggled with the excess water and uneven surface. We felt unsafe due to the huge amount of people falling and injuring themselves! The staff were adequately nice but I would not recommended this rink. We had previously used the Battersea Outdoor Rink and enjoyed it immensely in comparison.

The worst service I have ever experienced, the staff are absolutely hopeless, the so called I am in charge person thinks she owns the place, she is on a power trip, who does not have one ounce of customer care in her. While going in, you queue in a mannerly fashion, but when you finish it is an absolute joke, told the manager we have been waiting to get our belongings back for 20 mins, only to be told “no you haven’t, it’s only been 15 mins” Disgusting service, you should be fired, you have no people skills whatsoever. Will never be going back.
