Kingsnorth Parish Council used Ice Queen to hire a skating rink for 2 days for a local community. It was amazing our residents loved it and the staff could not be more helpful. We have already booked them in for 2023. Would highly recommend.

So disappointing, hired an ice rink for a corporate event held at our home. And quite frankly was nothing short of embarrassing. Extremely expensive for a very basic, low quality set up, after spending over £7800 I was told my expectations were too high. I do not recommend this company at all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…… Terrible ice rink very battered, the ice was dirty slabs like paving slabs, not white as you would expect the penguins hired had also seen better days, we had to keep spraying it all day with some chemicals to make it slippery for skating It cost an absolute fortune to hire and then your left to sort this out …. Disappointed is an understatement !!!!!

Do not use. They are extremely unprofessional and the manager was rude to my wife on our wedding day where we made a mistake of hiring an ice rink from this company. The condition of the rink was poor and the workers looking after it were worse. Completely ruined our big day
