Our ice order for our wedding never arrived. Ordered 8 weeks in advance, payment taken and invoice received. Then the morning of our wedding when the ice was due to arrive it never showed. We tried phoning both numbers on the website, one would not even ring, the other would just ring out or go to answer phone. We left messages, and emailed with no response. Which meant the groomsmen had to run round and buy as much ice as they could from surrounding supermarkets, meaning they missed the majority of the ceremony. Not until days later did we receive a refund, but with zero communication. There has been no explanation as to what happened and no apology for almost ruining our wedding day.
