He took on board my full and extensive list of wishes and wants for my new kitchen and managed to incorporate everything in the design - including a corner walk-in pantry which isn't something they normally provide! He was thorough and patient throughout the entire design process, which included many version updates to accommodate changes in both requirements and budget consideration. Matthew provided full and detailed communication at all stages of the process, advising of various delivery and installation dates as they were scheduled. When it came to installing the kitchen, he ensured he could meet our builders timescales and then re-scheduled without fuss at the last moment when we were let down by the tiler, ensuring that we weren't left without a kitchen for any longer than necessary, the kitchen fitter Matthew works with did an amazing job and Matthew's keen eye for detail and perfection ensured every cupboard door was hung correctly, every drawer glided without a hitch and every worktop gleamed. I've waited a very long time to have my "dream kitchen" and thanks to Matthew and his team, it is now a reality! I have no hesitation in recommending Matthew and Ice Interiors, thank you again!
