I have been seeing Clint for several months now and highly recommend him. I needed to focus the first few months on more rehabilitative fitness - and he has been phenomenal for that. I notice a huge difference in my day to day life and have had a very noticeable decrease in muscle tension that I was experiencing previously. We have started to now do more regular fitness and I am really looking forward to the results - the first few sessions have already been fantastic and the time we invested into the rehabilitative aspect has clearly paid off. Plus, Clint is a ton of fun to work out with and a very thoughtful trainer!
