We recently used ICE Cleaning to assist with cleaning of communal areas and flats following a fire in a service riser. I initially spoke with Sydney, who was very responsive and helpful in providing quotes and information when requested. Leanne booked all the jobs in and was very accommodating to the order in which we required works to be completed. Overall the job has been a success following a difficult issue that happened. Terrible company would never use again. We required a clean up team due to a flood leak picturs we're sent sq footage was given of the total space that required cleaning the quote was meant to include drying which we was then told it didn't after we had just paid £2500. The team turned up no uniform ended up using bleach on the floor when advertised as something much more expensive they did that bad of a job we sent them away with the clean not even finished. Horrendous company from start to finish stay well well away Services: Water damage-related mold removal, Sewage cleanup
