Great location few mins from B’ham New St station and good value. Basic but comfortable and clean bedroom, was a bit noisy in the early morning though, possibly cleaning. Breakfast was adequate. Pool, table football and bar area a bit uninviting but fine for my needs. Highlight was the delightful Ingrid who was friendly, helpful and professional. What a gem
