Won brunch at a raffle at work, food was good but service was not. Waiter was picking their ear, touching their nose and things were very slow all round. We bought some bread, olives and a bottle of prosecco. Bill was 70 odd quid. Would not have been happy if we had paid for the full brunch. Think they must have lots of Wowcher or itison customers so maybe this is why it's not worth the full money they would charge.

The venue looks great and atmosphere is good. I liked cocktails and meals. Waiters are not at the level they should for this place and they don’t know how to open oysters (smashed by the knife).

Ordered two dry gin martinis, which were made promptly and placed on the bar, whereupon they sat for over five minutes while all the waiting staff hung around chatting to each other and ignoring the customers. Eventually my husband retrieved them himself. Rubbish service. Expensive at £12 each given you have to either wait forever or go and get them yourself. Not the classy place it used to be.
