Leisel is amazing. Great for a laugh, love the decor - floating chairs (on the wall… 😂). The reflexology techniques are surprisingly effective. I’ve had many treatments over the years after a serious accident and I highly recommend Leisel’s range of treatments. I was visiting family from Canada and very happy she was able squeeze me in as she came highly recommended.

I saw Leisel at Iaomai Therapy a couple of weeks ago for the second time and was definitely impressed with he extensive knowledge of techniques that provides pain relief and helps to maintain mobility. Rheumatoid Arthritis, is difficult to live with pain and stiffness that gets worse as time goes by. But with Leisel's expertise, the pain is relieved by relaxing muscles around affected areas, and mobility can be maintained. It's great to be able to go back on a regular basis.

Highly recommend visiting Leisel at Iaomai therapy! My lovely boyfriend gifted me a visit for a 1h full body massage and a 1h reflexology massage before leaving England. From the moment I walked in the room I was relaxed by her warm welcoming self. I’ve never had a massage that was so amazing every motion was so intentional and her training and professionalism really showed. Now for the reflexology massage I was SHOCKED I never knew I needed it until it was happening. It was so relaxing I went into a whole different mindset and every muscle melted into a puddle. I though 1 hour was a lot of time to spend on your feet but I was very very wrong. It was beyond my expectations. I felt like a brand new woman. After the massage and reflexology was finished I was saying good bye and thank you to Leisel and she handed me a Terrys chocolate orange to bring back to Canada with me. At this point I was so spoiled and relaxed from the massages the chocolate then made my heart melt. Leisel is one of a kind and I can’t wait to come back and book in with her again. I wouldn’t hesitate to book in! Definitely Do it!!! Book with her now!

Liesel is both lovely and highly skilled. I had EMMETT techniques and advanced reflexology for a long-standing lower back problem and experienced results within minutes of the therapy. I was also offered Deep Tissue Massage as an alternative but chose EMMETT/reflexology as she advised it would be more comfortable and show results faster. It doesn’t feel like the therapy is “doing” much at the time but it was very noticeable afterwards. I’m not going to pretend I know the intricacies of how these therapies work but Liesel does and it’s improved my quality of life already.

Prior to attending my first reflexology session I can genuinely say that I was mildly excited at the prospect although also reluctantly dubious. I’d never had any treatment like this ever before and didn’t know quite what to expect. The minute I met Liesel however I felt at ease. The whole experience was one that I would definitely return for. She was appropriately assertive, extremely knowledgable, making me feel both mentally and physically stimulated. I consider myself an accomplished runner, who like many has potential to do better. That said it’s often difficult to strive for improvement. I felt stimulated both during and after the treatment. The treatment, coupled with the stretching advice and guidance she gave, left me feeling invigorated and I managed to turn back the clock the following day and ran a 10km Road Race in a time comparable with runs several years previous, almost as though I’d reinvented myself. Whilst Liesel didn’t run the race for me, I swear the session gave me the confidence and self belief that I could succeed. Thank you Liesel; I will definitely be back..... Richard, York
