This company just makes me so depressed. I am registered as a vulnerable adult and in my nine years of living with stone water every single time they send Ian Williams, I know for a fact Ian Williams will send someone who is not qualified for the job. E.g. send a plumber to fix a storage heater. May continuously blames stone water yet stone water now Show me what they send to Ian Williams after I successfully got several compensation complaints from Stone water. My local housing officer is actually currently reporting Ian Williams to the housing ombudsman. I have currently been left without hot water for two months meaning I can’t put on my prescription creams for my burns and skin condition. It isn’t fair!

Sat outside my flat with his engine running, playing Roxette full blast. When I reached to shut my windows he shook his head at me like I was the incredibly rude and thoughtless one. Had to pause my podcast even with windows shut, his music was so loud. Very unprofessional. Gross music too.

Joker of a company.. Accepted a job offer from them with what was agreed. They put my on different work that was not even mentioned. Totally unprofessional and con artists, I would personally say they are the picasso of not even anywhere near amateur. Completely clueless. Job seekers and customers stay clear. Shoddy jobs and could run a tap for water.
