I’ve got to give Ian and Sandi 5 Stars all the way, if i could give more I would. From the start to the end they have been amazing and very professional in the service they provided me. They talked me through the process and explained everything to me and they were always a phone call away if i needed more information. The biggest thing for me was that Ian saved me from making a huge mistake on a property i was going to buy. He did a level 3 survey and his detailed report identified major issues, which would have cost me thousands of pounds to put right. Because of his survey i pulled out of the purchase and i was so relieved. I cannot thank Ian enough and now i am in the process of having Ian do another survey on another property i am interested in. I recommend Ian and Sandi to anyone wanting a survey. All i can say is you won’t be disappointed because he knows exactly what he is talking about. When you get this level of experience and professionalism you don’t go anywhere else, as i won’t be going. Once again Ian thank you so much because you saved me from a huge mistake i was going to make.

5 stars is not enough. more stars should be given to him. Why? Mr Ian Gibson has helped and carried out 2 surveys my properties in Leeds. He provided professional and detailed service in a reasonable price. His surveyor report scrutinize everything, pointing out the goodness and badness. recommending work need to be done to bring up the house standard. He took time to explain every detail to me. What made him stand out! His patient, friendly and professional made it. I will surely recommend him to my friends and family.

I felt obliged to leave a review given the great service I had received from Ian and Sandi. I was in need of a surveyor having had an offer on a property accepted - Ian Gibson came highly recommended by a family friend who had recently used Ian’s services and was impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism. I was under a tight deadline to complete and when I contacted Ian he was scheduled to be abroad for a while which meant that I couldn’t use him, of course through no fault of his own. Sandi took the courtesy to call me outside of normal working hours and discuss various dates and suggestion to help me make it work - the fact that calls were returned as promised and they took the liberty to try to help me was a refreshing and assuring approach which further cements the professionalism the team uphold. I reluctantly had to choose a different surveyor, but I’d like to give credit where credit is due and wish Ian & Sandi the best of luck for the future.
