What a fabulous man Ian is. Not only is his leatherwork gorgeous. But he goes above and beyond to help his customers. I went in hoping to find a small bag for my stepdaughter’s graduation but couldn’t find anything small enough. Ian asked if he could help and I explained. To which he suggested that a template he had out back could help. That was just the first amazingly helpful part of the story. The second was that the template wasn’t actually for a bag, but he’d alter it for me. And the third spectacular part was still to come. Once I’d agreed that the bag would be perfect, we talked about how difficult it would be to get it done on time as it was such a short timescale. And just as I’d accepted that I’d get the bag I wanted but not in time, he rang saying that it was ready. I couldn’t believe my ears. And wow what a fabulous bag it is! Thank you
