This vet used to be brilliant, I would have been happy with a five star but it is no longer Ian McConnell, it was bought out by medivet and with that the prices have soared and the service has declined to beyond a joke. No care, no communication and everything is a up sell to them. I have used this vet for ten years and I will no longer take any off my animals here.

Unfortunate that this vets advertises as providing 24 hour emergency cover - but it doesn't.

We went to this vet today, as an emergency, we rang at 9am and was seen within the next few hours. we had a Foster dog staying with us that was having some issues with going to the toilet and wow the service we got was 5* the vet was so nice and informative and you can tell from walking in they love their job. Unlike some other vets that just see it as a way of getting money. It we lived closer to this vet I would without a doubt move to this vet. Couldn't recommend it more.
