When initially buying a property through Gill Crane of IDC agent Maghull we were subjected to an appauling manner of abrupt, rude and a very confrontational pushy manner from her. She put the phone down after I was unable to give her information about the solicitors progress, which I genuinely was not able to provide. I was told that the sellers of the property were her customers and of her interest only. I was left flabbergasted by some of these comments as I thought in entering IDC agents meant we where customers to, but clearly not so. She made the threat of putting the property we where trying to buy, back on the market if I did not answer what she wanted, something I didnt have the answers to. As a direct result of her manner and the distress and anxiety she caused we made a difficult decision to pull out of buying the property. We simply could not endure any further contact with her as she made it impossible.
